Consultation
Once we receive your trip inquiry form, we will arrange a quick phone call where we will discuss in more detail what type of trip you are envisioning, your preferred travel style, your budget, and any other preferences you may have. This means we can really get to know exactly what you would like.
From here, we will advise by email of our service fees and more details tailored to your incredible vacation. If you're interested in recommendations for luxury hotels only and not full planning, you can fill out this hotel only inquiry form and we will respond by e-mail within 24-48 hours.

The Planning Begins
Once we receive your planning fee, we begin! We will collaborate with our trusted luxury travel partners from around the world to craft your perfect VIP itinerary.
Once we have all the information and costs, we will send your itinerary and together we will work through the various destinations, accommodations, tours, and experiences to determine the best options for you.

Get Everything Booked
Once your itinerary is designed to your liking, we will collect a deposit and begin the booking process to secure reservations. We will finalize the details of your itinerary with any special requests and added amenities that may be offered based on your destination.
You will receive your payment receipts and confirmations within a few days of all reservations being locked in.

Do you have face to face personal appointments?
No, we are a virtual modern luxury travel agency. We love to travel and learn more about the properties and partners we recommend to our VIP clients, so we are always working on the go!
Why do we need to fill out a Trip Inquiry Form?
We want to ensure we are the right fit for your travel needs before going through the process of taking you on as a new client. Once you fill out the form, our team will get back to you with next steps. If we aren't the right fit for your trip, we will do our best to point you in the right direction!
What are your service fees?
You can self-book our VIP preferred partner rates at luxury hotels worldwide using this inquiry form or our self-booking platform, and this service is complimentary! If you are looking for a fully planned personalized luxury trip including accommodation, transfers, and tours, the standard itinerary planning fee for a package with accommodation, tours, and VIP transport starts at $750. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and attention and our fees reflect that.
Are you more expensive than booking online?
The majority of the time, our preferred partner rates are the same as the best available rate offered, and you get more value with the added VIP perks like hotel credit, complimentary breakfast, priority upgrades and more on the reservation just because you booked through a Virtuoso luxury travel advisor. Our priority is to give you the absolute best VIP experience at whichever property you chose. Often money can be saved as we have access to special promotions, VIP perks like hotel credit at each property, and more.
Are you part of any group?
Yes we are a proud member of Virtuoso and Coastline Travel Advisors.
Do you accept hotel loyalty points?
No, although you can receive loyalty points from our hotel partners we do not accept points for bookings.
What if I need help with my trip outside of office hours?
Once you have made a confirmed booking with us, we do provide an emergency contact number and contact information for our luxury partners on the ground in the destinations you are traveling to. Our service doesn’t end once you have booked, we are on hand to help when it is needed.
